Air Charter Service prides itself on ensuring that all contracted operators comply with aviation regulations.
At Air Charter Service safety is our top priority and we pride ourselves on ensuring that all the operators with whom we contract on behalf of our clients comply with their national civil aviation regulations with regard to maintenance, operations and insurance.
We have an in-house Legal & Compliance department that works alongside our account managers ensuring that, for every operator that we utilise to perform charter flights, we have a physical, up to date copy of each Aircraft Operating Certificate (AOC) and each third party insurance certificate.
This team will also ensure that, by reference to EU and international lists for each location within whose jurisdiction the operator may be flying, they comply with any restrictions specific to that region. In addition the compliance department ensures that the operator is not flying into regions upon which there may be international embargos, sanctions or restrictions on trade.
Air Charter Service’s self-regulation policy is recognised by several major industry bodies. ACS is Wyvern approved, as well as being proudly affiliated with TIACA, WCA, NATA, EBAA, ACANA, BACA and MEBAA.
